SUBJECTIVATION AS A PARAMETER OF HUMAN CAPITAL

Proposed assessment matrix of the human capital of the organization in terms of modern requirements to the employee as the subject of professional activity. Analyzed both qualitative and quantitative-governmental organization component of human capital and its impact on financial performance and its position in the market. Proposed by the authors matrix is constructed using the results of a content analysis of the balance sheet and operational information obtained from Russian organizations. The author has shown the need to include a methodology to assess the elements of the process of subjectivation staff organization and subjectivity as one of the main parameters of the value of human capital of the organization. Analyzed the balanced scorecard evaluation of the human capital of the organization, taking into account the process of subjectivation. The authors have shown that the vast majority of the elements of the system XYZ are either a process aimed at subjectivation or parameters depending on the level of subjectivity personnel of the organization.
