In article the principled stand of authors about expediency of harmonious merge of elements of concepts «sustainable development» and «development of the person» as necessary condition of providing the base for neocivilization development is proved. Key problems of «starting opportunities» of formation of intellectual potential of agrarian science and education are revealed. As option of «incentive to realization» the principles of formation of crowdsourcing model (platform) of the organization of the research work of students which is based on essential increase of level of an involvement into research process and on need according to modern realities are stated, to transformation of an education system in the effective instrument of creation of the main institute of the sixth technological way – integration of real business, science and education.
