MODERN APPROACHES TO DEFINING ECONOMIC ESSENCE OF INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS UNIVERSITY

The article examines the existing approaches to the economic substance of innovative products of high school. As a result of global reforms in the public sector, the economy and education have changed the requirements for the quantity and quality of services of universities, including in cooperation with the business environment. In this interpretation of the term «product innovation university» as it is lacking. For planning, monitoring, measuring the impact of the interaction of the university with the business environment it is necessary to formulate the economic substance of the innovative products of high school. Based on a study of the existing approaches to the definition of innovative products , the article formulates the definition of « product innovation university» as a set of scientific research , bringing social, economic , environmental, and other positive effects of increasing the competitiveness of educational activities and interacting with the university subjects of the national economy.
