SPECIFIC ANDFEATURES INSTRUMENTS OF THE STATE STIMULATION OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN THE BIOFUEL SECTOR INDUSTRIES IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

The current stage of development of the biofuel industry confronts States with a number of brand new challenges, among which we should highlight the need for a system of government in innovation biofuel industry sector. The article describes the features of state stimulation of innovation in the biofuel industry sector in developing countries. In analyzing the instruments of state support in developing countries was revealed that at the present stage of development of the biofuels market to a great extent based not on competition, technological and economic benefits, and comprehensive support of the state. Classification of instruments of state regulation of biofuel innovation sector of the industry in the areas of legislation and government programs, financial support, provision of preferential treatment and other support organizations producing biofuels developed and presented. The development of the biofuels industry sector will reduce the dependence of developing countries on imported oil, create jobs, and to engage in a turn now unused land.
