We have conducted a strategic analysis of an internet-company based on the stakeholders theory. The study revealed the following aspects that typically occur while making strategic analysis for internet-companies. The first special feature was the emergence of stakeholders which are specific for internet-based companies, and sometimes differentiation of typical groups of stakeholders. We also identified the following feature: the interaction between Internet-companies with stakeholders may be different from the interaction of non-Internet companies with similar stakeholders. The crucial element of the resource sharing between the Internet company and its stakeholders is the information, as well as some other unique resources, unusual for non-Internet companies. During the SWOT-analysis we found opportunities and threats unique for Internet-companies. We also revealed the fact of possible lack of the Internet company’s direct competitors.
