MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF THE MUNICIPALITY BUSINESS PROCESSES

Studied theoretical approaches to modeling business processes of state and municipal management. The choice of the mathematical model business processes at the level of the municipality and the defined specifications is justified. Revealed that among process-statistical approach to modeling these processes, organizational (administrative) modeling tasks of public authorities and conceptual multidimensional models is the most effective multi-agent simulation as a special case of mathematical modeling. This modeling technology will allow us to describe in detail the business processes of the municipal authorities and the behavior of specific actors of the economy. One of the ways of improving the system of state and municipal management is the implementation in process operational control of automated and intelligent information technologies to reduce labor costs and improve the quality of decisions at all levels of management.
