THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF IMPLEMENTATION ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT FLOW ON INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

The article describes approaches and methods of control over entity document flow on a basis modern electronic means. Research and the analysis from the point of view of economy and management is given. The model of document flow is provided in the form of the scheme. The principles of designing and use synchronous system of electronic document flow are proved. In article the main determinations and explanations to them are given. The algorithm designing system of electronic document flow and choice of a method of the ETsP device at the entity is considered. The assessment of electronic document flow, both from the point view of management, and from the point view of specifics industrial enterprise is given. The offered algorithm considers features of the Russian industry. The analysis relies on the legal grounds corresponding to the legislation of the Russian Federation and on the regulatory base, including Federal laws No. 63-FZ of April 6, 2011. «About a digital signature» and No. 149-FZ of July 27, 2006. «About information, information technologies and about information security».
