ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC-TECHNOLOGICAL POTENTIAL OF THE SIBERIAN FEDERAL DISTRICT

In the article the analysis of the basic indicators of development of scientific and innovation potential of the Siberian Federal district. Provides information on the number of organizations performing research and development, domestic expenditure on research and development. Presents data on the creation and use of advanced manufacturing technologies as well as innovation activity of organizations, the volume of innovative products, works, services, expenses for technological innovations. Conducted by the authors of the analysis showed positive dynamics in scientific and technological sphere. Steepest declines in the number of organizations and number of personnel engaged in scientific research and developments. On the basis of the findings identified regions leaders in scientific and technological sphere. Are the main priority sectors for socio-economic development of Siberia in 2010–2020. Considered a major innovation development programme implemented in regions of the Siberian Federal district.
