The principles of functioning of mechanisms of transformation and management of the enterprises and their associations are universal; they are based on basic provisions of the theory of the competition, the theory of economic behavior, the globalization theory, and also is defined by economic ideology. On the basis of functional approach it is possible to allocate functions of development, adaptation and self-organization in management of economic systems. As development we understand realization of opportunities of the organization to solve various problems. Development of the enterprises is provided at the weighed balance of all tasks, and also the balanced approach of identifications of factors of external and internal capacity of the enterprises. Function of adaptation consists in the adaptation of economic system to external factors of an institutional and market order by change of structure, organizational opportunities and development strategy. The understanding of function of self-organization as synergetrics of the open systems being in a condition of a nonequilibrium resource exchange with environment is widespread.
