CLASSIFICATION OF REGULATORY TOOLS OF TRANSPORT INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

Transport plays an important role in socio-economic development of the country. The transport system provides the conditions for economic growth, competitiveness of the national economy and quality of life. The basis of the transport system on the principle of separation of state regulation of the industry problems and perform business functions by private entrepreneurs. In this state, limiting its function as a business entity, strengthens its role as a regulator of market relations, retains responsibility for the safety of the transport process, the state of the transport infrastructure, the provision of transport services in the sectors where the market is still underdeveloped. In the article classification of regulatory tools of transport industry enterprises was done. It showed that in a modern transport system there are a number of tools to enable the state structures to regulate the transport market, but, unfortunately, lack the tools to allow public institutions to influence the development of the transport market.
