PENSIONS AND PENSIONERS IN RUSSIAN REGIONS

Investigated the importance of studying the problem of pensions and the number of pensioners (retirement date). The dynamics of the number of pensioners in Russia’s regions, built grouping of subjects of the Russian Federation on the number of pensioners, analyzed the differences and changes in the number of pensioners districts and subjects of the Russian Federation. The change of the number of pensioners per 1000 population in the Federal District and in the subjects in 2010 and 2012 over the same period analyzed the dynamics of employment in the economy coming to one pensioner. Compared to the average and Real pensions in FD and in the RF. We investigate differences in the ratio of Average pensions to subsistence level. Concluded that social equality pensioners no special attention from the authorities require the problem of low pensions and the small number of pensioners in the North Caucasian subjects, with the problem of unemployment and increasing productivity will minimize losses from aging nation.
