BACKGROUND AND GROWTH OF SMALL BUSINESS IN REGIONS RF

Investigated the importance of studying the problems of small business in the Russian regions. The paper considers the dynamics of the number of small businesses per 10,000 population, constructed groups of subjects of the Russian Federation on the number MP per 10,000 population. Separately analyzed turnover MP FD, built group of subjects of the Russian Federation in terms of turnover MP. With the help of the index structure Gateva investigated differences distributions number MP MP employees and turnover of the average MP FD structure. Analyzed groups of subjects of the Russian Federation on the distribution of MP manufacturing industries; involved in construction; engaged in wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles, motorcycles, household goods and personal items. Investigated the structure of main products by individual entrepreneurs in FD. Examined the differences in the production of major agricultural products in KFH FD. Appropriate conclusions.
