AGROLEASING IN THE SYSTEM OF TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION OF THE AGRICULTURE

We have done the study of theoretical and practical aspects of the economic concept «agroleasing». Leasing transactions particular features in agriculture were revealed: the object of the transaction can be not only movable and immovable property, but also biological objects; because of high economic risks agricultural enterprises are less attractive for leasing companies than other sectors enterprises; in special cases leasing payments may be paid in kind. Conditions of the leasing services market in Penza region, the contract of leasing supplied volumes of machinery and equipment for agricultural sector in recent years were analyzed. The result of the study were the dedicating of problems hindering the development of the agroleasing market in the Penza region and the proposal of measures to improve the mechanism of use of leasing in agriculture through the creation of regional leasing fund, which can be used as subsidizing part of the leasing payments or repayment of the advance payment.
