QUALITATIVE TRANSFORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES OF ENTERPRISES UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THE SYSTEM’S MECHANISMS OF FUNCTIONING

Since the process of the economy, regions and enterprises transformations, defined in terms of «development», «adaptation» and «self-regulation» is primarily represented as the new forms of resources concentration, for this process mechanisms of the economy functioning, which have great theoretical and practical importance. Due to the transformation mechanisms of organizational structures specificity it is possible to distinguish the basic principles of development: the principle of mutual dependence (state interests in conjunction with the interests of business) and the principle of forms variety, involving the combination and mutual activity of various consolidated structures. Such an approach to the classification principles allows to consider the transformation of the economy as the development, adaptation and self-regulation of sovereign economic agents. The implementation of any models of management of enterprises should be a mechanism of coordination of interests as a necessary condition of their stable and efficient functioning.
