FORMATION OF INNOVATIVE APPROACHES IN MANAGEMENT OF INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

In the Russian Federation there is a process of reforming of all education levels. The key place in system of continuous education is taken by the higher school, urged to systematize a complex of the acquired knowledge and practical skills in the course of continuous training of the person. Successful carrying out reform of system of higher education for its improvement and achievement of qualitative results probably on the basis of adaptation of ideas of management in university management. Management of kinds of activity of institutions of higher education is offered to be considered and described from the point of view of process approach. Progressive ideas of the concept of management on the purposes are analysed, theories of behavioural character and are investigated questions of their introduction in university management. Characteristics of system Kaizen – Japanese philosophy of constant aspiration to improvement and options of application of its elements are considered at management in higher education institution.
