CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRAGEGY OF NORTH OSSETIA ALANIA

The article gives the estimation of the North Ossetia – Alaniaactual state of economy in the new geopolitical conditions and offers conceptual approach to the new strategy of social – economic development of the region. Structural changesin the economy and employmentvia encouraging private and public investment and inflation of aggregate demand as a stimulator of economic growth become the fore the problem of economic development North Ossetia-Alania. The authors define the institutions and mechanisms necessary to introduce in the financial and credit, investment and innovation.The key idea is to organize both high and low technology industries to provide people with job on the territory of the RNO – Alania. Namely the production of the so called «box lunches» for military needs by food processing industry but with the use of more modern technologiesas well as tailoring military uniforms. Development of electronic systems for the guided air missiles on the basis of the necessary scientific and educational potential in the country seems to be promising within the frameworks of cooperation.
