REJIONAL FEATURES OF INNOVATIVE APPRJACHES TO THE IT-PERSONNEL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMEN

In this article the role of IT business is considered as one of the most developing action spheres in the national economy. The article highlights the factors contributing to the growth of the information technology market, as well as the main features of the development of IT business. The problems which are slowing down the growth of the IT business, including the insufficient organization of the IT personnel development are noted. In the article also is proved the need of improvement of work on professional development of the IT personnel. The authors reveal the influence of the regional features of the information technologies market on the IT personnel professional development. In particular, for the Far East such features are remoteness of the region from the leading higher education institutions which are engaged in training of specialists for IT branch, the small capacity and centralization of the market of IT technologies that results in high cost of training and professional development of experts, headhunting and migration of the trained experts to the central regions and abroad, to restriction of interest in the region from large players of both domestic, and world IT business, etc. Considering regional features of IT business various approaches to a management of the IT personnel professional development are viewed in the article and also authors made recommendations about the support of a development of the IT personnel.
