ANALYSIS OF HOUSING CONDITIONS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION - ESSENTIAL CONDITION FOR THE WELFARE OF THE POPULATION

Discussed the importance of studying the living conditions in the Russian regions. Investigated area of residential premises in square per capita in federal districts. Constructed by grouping the subjects of the Russian Federation provide citizens with housing. The analysis of the proportion of old and dilapidated housing stock by federal districts and built group of subjects of the Russian Federation on the indicator. A comparison is in need of better housing conditions and to improve living conditions in the federal districts and subjects of the Russian Federation. Analyzed the level of specific household expenditure on housing and communal services as % of total expenditure at the level of the subjects and the federal districts. The issues of subsidies and improvement (security issues separately housing the gas and electrical hotplates). Appropriate conclusions.
