DEVELOPING MECHANISMS TO MANAGE INNOVATION IN AGRIBUSINESS KCR

Further development of Russian agriculture is not possible without a systematic approach to address the main issues , namely the creation of a sustainable and competitive agricultural production. Lever resolve this issue sees modernization involves the active use of various innovations in the organizational , technical and technological components of the agricultural sector . The article deals with the organization of the innovation system of agriculture of Russia and its regions. It is shown that the further development of agriculture and its competitiveness is only possible to create a single space - distributed innovation system APK , elements of which are : the public authorities responsible for the results of the implementation of innovative programs of agribusiness development ; research and agricultural institutions creating , training and implementing innovation; the real sector , in which the testing of various innovative inventions . This paper proposes a method of selecting institutions and enterprises to create a single innovation system. Analysis is done by the proposed technique institutions and agribusiness KCR
