COMPLEX ASSESSMENT OF THE INNOVATIVE AND INVESTMENT PROJECT

Innovative activity - the process of creativity and creation of an innovation realized through innovative and investment projects. Article is devoted to questions of an assessment of a package of innovative and investment projects. The concept «complex assessment of projects» is specified. Approaches to the porfelny analysis of projects, the existing methods and indicators of an assessment of projects are considered, the analysis of techniques and criteria of an assessment is carried out. The assessment and selection of projects by the existing techniques is given. Criteria of adoption of investment projects are considered. Criteria of an assessment have to include both quantitative, and qualitative parameters. Shortcomings of known estimates are revealed and approaches to determination of efficiency of the innovative and investment projects connected with the main business process of the company are offered. Combination of the interconnected projects in a uniform portfolio and for the further analysis of efficiency of a portfolio of projects is offered, the complex assessment of all set of projects of a portfolio is necessary. The algorithm of carrying out a complex assessment of a portfolio of projects is offered.
