Sustainable development is a key organizing principle for human development in the socio-economic system of the rural community. This defines the desired future state, environmental socio-economic system in which the conditions of life and the use of resources, human needs should be implemented without undermining the stability of natural systems and the environment, so that future generations can also have actual possibilities for the realization of its activities and meet its needs. Research on sustainable development based on the assumption that society needs to manage three types of capital (economic, social and natural) that may be indispensable, and the consumption of which may be irreversible. However, the practical side of economic development shows the opposite: to achieve a sustainable growth path accompanied, in the cultural and environmental degeneration.
