DEVELOPING A STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES OF RURALDEVELOPMENT

To date, the rural areas are going through a difficult phase of its development, there is a breaking of understanding destination countryside from a sectoral to transition to sustainable development include the development of present – not only production (agriculture), but also social and economic sectors. The main instrument of the release of their crisis situation currently stands strategic management, strategic objectives and the formation constitutes one of the basic steps. The article reflects the methodological problem of insufficient security strategic goal setting. Author of our analysis of existing practice of constructing a hierarchy of strategic objectives on which the pre- forming sequence lozhena principal objectives of rural development. It is proposed to form a qualitative assessment and ranking of the problems of rural areas on the basis of which is necessary to form the strategic objectives of rural development at the level of regions and municipalities.
