BACKGROUND AND GROWTH OF SMALL BUSINESS IN REGIONS RF

The paper considers the relevance of the topic of this research. Calculated the average annual change in the volume of origin of goods w / e and road transport in the federal districts and subjects of the Russian Federation from 2005 to 2012. Studied the average annual change in the volume of road transport organizations of all activities and the average annual change in the volume proportion of federal districts and subjects of the Russian Federation in the road freight transport organizations of all activities from 2005 to 2012. Analyzed the average annual change in the volume of transport of passengers by rail and road Federal District of Russia, passenger buses and changes in the number of buses per 100 000 population from 2005 to 2012. The dynamics of the net financial result FD on economic direction of «transport and communications». Calculated annual growth rate of freight tariffs from 2005 to 2012. We analyze the GRP all FD on economic activity «Transport and communication» with the production functions in 2011 calculated the degree of wear of PF and the proportion of completely worn PF by the activity «Transport and communications». Appropriate conclusions.
