INVESTMENTS INTO ECONOMY AS ONE OF FACTORS OF INCREASE OF FINANCIAL STABILITY OF THE REGION

The analysis of indicators of investment appeal of regions of the North Caucasus is carried out, the indicators which are negatively influencing investment climate of the Chechen Republic are defined. The main factors of formation of integrated level of regional investment risks in the Chechen Republic which consist of threat of implementation of acts of terrorism (4 times higher, than across Russia on the average), and also the maximum unemployment rate in Russia (above the average Russian level by 6,3 times) which is directly connected with a low level of development of industrial production (in shower calculation of 15 % from the average Russian level) and the lowest, even against other republics of the North Caucasus, a level of development of small business (12 % from average Russian) are revealed. And also the tasks promoting optimization of investment policy, to increase of investment appeal and further improvement of investment climate of ChR are reflected.
