FUEL CRISES IN RUSSIA: THE EXPERIENCE OF NORTHERN REGIONS TO OVERCOME

The article is devoted to a problem of petroleum market sustainability in Russia. The key questions of national and regional petroleum market formation are considered. The problems of governmental regulation of fuel and energy markets are described. The present regional fuel and energy systems condition and ways to their modernization are considered. In this work an attempt to generalize proper experience of federal and regional authorities on northern territories of Russia to overcome gasoline crisis consequences in 2011 had been made. Current processes of Russia fuel delivery market formation on the North and Far East have described and also its intermediate summary being given. This work is intended for economists, specialists of regional and local authorities, representatives of oil industry enterprises as well as for anyone interested in issues of development of fuel and energy sphere in the North of our country.
