PROBLEMS OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF THE REGIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The paper analyzes the differences in export and import with foreign countries and the CIS and Federal districts of Russia. Analyzed abnormal increase imbalances subjects of the Russian Federation in export and import. Analyzed import and export commodity groups, separately consider the role of the Central Federal district. Investigated specialization of Federal districts in export and import. Calculated the coefficient of differences in the structure of import and export of subjects of the Russian Federation. Considered distinction of Russia from the best indicators of the countries of the world under the foreign trade exports and imports, the balance of foreign trade. Comparisons of the total external debt, external debt of state administration bodies, the external debt of the monetary authorities, the external debt of banks, the external debt of non-financial organizations of Russia and the USA. It is proved that the threat to Russia are not its debts and distrust of Russia and its financial institutions, as well as the rating of the last weak on the world stage. The power of any country is determined by the authors the ability to export. It is therefore proposed that Russia’s exports was much in demand, for which he should be at least diversified and competitive.
