EXECUTION OF THE BUDGETS OF THE REGIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Investigated from 2005 to 2011 dynamics of revenues of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation, differentiation of subjects of the Russian Federation for taxes on profit, tax on property, gratuitous receipts. Considered differentiation of subjects of the Russian Federation for the expenditures of the consolidated budgets, including the expenditures on General state issues and housing and communal services, on the national economy; socio-cultural activities; education; health, physical culture and sport; on social policy. Made recommendations to the Government of the Czech Republic on increase in the share of expenditures on education and health care, physical culture and sports in the structure of all budget expenditures. Analyzed the differences in income and the structure of budget revenues and expenditures by functional and economic type of different countries. Relevant conclusions.
