METHOD OF FORMING AND SELECTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS IN CONJUNCTION PRIVATE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION COMPANIES

The article presents a methodology developed by the authors of decision-making in industry by a system of partial evaluation criteria. The algorithm of the information system, created on its basis, and describes its basic blocks. Described designed to meet the challenges of economic and mathematical models generated using the methods of graph theory and multi-criteria optimization. Shows the use of statistical methods for pre-processing hypotheses in the field of selection means equipping jobs. We consider software products used to create an information system. The methods of evaluating the effectiveness of implementation and operation of the system. Shows the area of applicability of the developed methodology and information system. The results of the use of information systems on a practical example of preparation of the project for the reorganization of machining produced by OOO «Vector».
