CONSTRUCTION OF THE UNIFIED INFORMATION SPACE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN ST. PETERSBURG, ITS PRINCIPLES, CHARACTERISTICS AND RESULTS OF THE APPLICATION

The article discusses the features of building the Information Space of St. Petersburg, which is necessary for the construction of a centralized decision-making system. Fragmentation of existing information systems in St. Petersburg was analyzed and it was showed how to integrate them into a single information space. Various information systems grouping was based on the concept of basic administrative and technological infrastructure that is a convenient tool for classifying and building relationships during the activities in the area of information space. Based on the developed method, an approach to the task of building an effective infrastructure of information systems and the choice of options for its cooperation was developed. The results can be used as a tool for transforming the variety of information systems into a single information environment, and the adoption of information technology to support informed decision-making at the level of the information space of St. Petersburg management.
