LANDS QUALITY INFLUENCE ON THE EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING OF THE AGRARIAN SECTOR’S ORGANIZATIONS

The article reflecrs the result of the analysis of distribution of sown area by categories of Krasnodar region’s large-scale farms in the period of land reform, which shows, that the consolidation of farms is appropriate, and major land users of the region are the most effective. This study presents the scale of agricultural lands that were classified besed on their according to their agricultural suitability, that allows to form group land suitability. In the course of land evaluation works land appraisal districts were allocated, group of soils were established, soil rating points were adjusted. Are determined: the index that defines technological properties of soils, income on productivity and the estimated rental income according to the three districts of Krasnodar region, were analyzed the basic indicators for evaluating agricultural land. The influence of the quality of land on the effective functioning of the organizations of agro-industrial complex of Kuban is proved.
