MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONALLY-ORIENTED SYSTEM OF COMMUNICATIONS AT THE UNIVERSITY IN CONDITIONS OF INFORMATIZATION AND MEDIA COVERAGE

The emergence of new forms of information, promotion and dissemination of Internet-technologies are coupled with the need for adaptation of the educational environment of the University under the requirements of the external environment and building of modern professional - oriented systems of communications. To date, the existing professionally-oriented communications system in higher educational institutions is considered mainly as an information-educational environment or the tool of employment of students, and does not take into account possible technical and technological achievements, as well as peculiarities of information perception of young people. To address the concerns identified the author of the article proposed organisational model of vocational- oriented system of communications at the University, established on the basis of interaction of educational institutions (departments) and small enterprises (social innovation and education network). In her as one of the main means of construction of professionally-oriented system of communications at the University in conditions of Informatization and media coverage highlighted the virtual environment, and platform design is innovative- educational network, the feature of which is a systematic approach and integration of disparate educational Internet-resources.
