The processes of formation of scientific and innovative worldview of students and to involve them in research and innovation activities are of strategic importance, as is a factor in the successful resolution of problems, connected with shortages of scientific-innovational and educational spheres. They are one of the priority tasks of the development of the education system, and in particular the higher school. In the modern scientific literature, presented a number of conceptual provisions reflecting the processes of formation of worldview of the youth, however, none of these theories did not disclose the mechanisms and approaches to management of the process of the formation of scientifically - innovative worldview student community. For solving these problems, on the basis of the conducted sociological, analytical and empirical studies, the author of the article are proposed and substantiated for use in a higher educational institution the following mechanisms of the formation of the research and innovation of the worldview of youth students: formation of scientifically-innovative world view through the educational process, formation of a scientific and innovative worldview in the process of self-development, the formation of scientific-innovative world view through satisfy the «needs» of students, the formation of the research and innovation by means of management information environment of the University.
