SOURCES OF FUNDING NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND MANAGEMENT

Development of the nonprofit sector greatly helps the state in carrying out social , cultural and educational functions, especially in the Russian reality, when the state finances public goods on a limited scale. It should be emphasized that at present insufficiently elaborated questions influence of the environment on the structure of sources of financing non-profit organization. Some govern the financial sources of the nonprofit organization are debatable and require study. Target capital as a source of financing, often left unattended managers of nonprofit organizations. Although it is effective management of endowment ensures the viability of non-profit organization for a long period of operation. This article analyzes the current state of funding and endowments nonprofit organization in the Russian practice, as well as conducted a comprehensive study of sources of financing non-profit organizations. A model of endowment management nonprofit organization. The article also provides the author’s definition of target capital profit organization NGO in order to clarify the economic content of the category and designate specific role in ensuring the activities of NGOs.
