GROWTH MODEL OF HUMAN CAPITAL UNIVERSITY OF AN EMPLOYEE AT THE EXPENSE OF INVESTMENT FUNDS

In this article the economic-mathematical model describing growth of the human capital at the expense of investment means is developed. Level of the human capital for the employee of university depends on 27 characteristics. Depending on level of the human capital the employee is capable to attract a certain quantity of resources. Four main ways of attraction of resources are allocated by the employee of university: attraction and performance of contractual research works, attraction and performance of grants, attraction of means at the expense of consultations and escort of others of the organization and attraction of means at the expense of the main and additional educational programs. Depending on strategy of the organization assumptions of ways of increase of level of the human capital were made: by means of initial investments into the human capital the organization or by means of the share of the resources attracted with the employee directed on increase of its qualification.
