MAKING PERSONAL FINANCE DECISIONS: RELEVANCE AND TRENDS

The paper presents the point of view on the content and role of personal finance in the economic system, Russian and foreign. Analyzed the proportion of which is occupied by income in the gross domestic product of the Russian Federation, is considered part of income and expenditure. Studied the main factors influencing the adoption of personal financial decisions, highlighted the role of a personal budget and balance sheet. A classification of the population received financial decisions, raised questions of application tools of investment to create and enhancement of the population. Also an important role for the assessment of personal financial risk, applying the concept of time value of money, when making personal financial decisions, the discounted cash flows, when making financial investments population.
