SCORECARD FOR PREDICTION OF REGIONAL CLUSTERS

A system of indicators that need to be taken into account when predicting the socio-economic development of regional clusters. The factors affecting the level of development of regional clusters. Factors systematically on attribute characteristics. Due to the large number of factors to stake them into fourteen groups: financial, manufacturing, labor, investment, natural resource, the level of living, social security, education, demographics, innovation, investment, economic, safety and environmental potential for life. To estimate the future socio-economic development of regional clusters according to forecast development scenarios proposed by the integral index, which is an additive model specific indicators for assessment of selected areas. The indicators that are included in a comprehensive assessment of the socio-economic development of the cluster reflects the synergistic effect of the direction of each scenario plan. The structure of the integral index includes four private kriteriya6 economic, social, and environmental innovation.
