MODEL OF REGIONAL ECONOMY AS IS PREDICTING SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CLUSTER

The problems of forecasting the regional economy, which has a cluster structure. Identified the benefits of scenario-statistical approach for forecasting the development of regional clusters in the spheres of activity. A model of the regional economy as an object of forecasting the development of clusters, including scenario-statistical approach to forecasting. The proposed prediction model of regional economic cluster type includes objects and subjects of forecasting regional development. The structure of management forecasting process highlighted central to regional clusters, since it is necessary to take into account their mutual influence on each other and as a result, the cumulative impact on the results of regional development. Universality of the model is justified, lies in the possibility of regional development in the long-term and medium-term planning and forecasting.
