THEORY OF EMPLOYMENT FORMATION AND ITS PECULIARITIES IN THE INDUSTRIAL PERIOD

The article is devoted to the process of industrial economy formation and employment peculiarities in this period. The author analyzes the stages of the industrialization process in relation to production methods changes. Having compared the basic employment features in the agricultural and industrial types of production, the author reveals advantages of the industrial economy and new employment opportunities. Employment peculiarities of the industrial economy are unveiled, where the level of employment on the one hand, reflects the economic progress reached to date, and on the other - creates and maintains the relationship between production and consumption. The author makes a conclusion that employment has its limits within the industrial economy and can be effectively reproduced only within a «self-widening economy».
