FEATURES OF THE LEASING RELATIONS AT THE ORGANIZATION OF THE EQUIPMENT’S SECONDARY MARKET

Agricultural producers interested in the formation and functioning of the secondary market equipment, used equipment market in terms of lack of own funds, lack of collateral base for the acquisition of expensive new cars on credit are disclosed in the article. The concept of secondary market of agricultural machinery as part of the reproductive system and agro-technical support tool of rural producers, determines the place and role of the secondary market of agricultural machinery in the reproductive system of agribusiness is formed. The most important use-value property is used equipment reliability ratings quantitative and qualitative determination is shown. The use of a residual resource of tractors, combines and other agricultural machines and their structural elements is disclosed, the features of the organizational structure, prospects and directions of development of leasing in the secondary market equipment are considered.
