In the conditions of the rigid competition in the market of educational services now, one of the most effective tools of a survival of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION quality management system introduction is. The quality management system in educational institution guarantees: the solution of problems with a set of entrants, increase of level of attendance and progress of students, lack of problems and advantage by preparation and licensing and certification passing, quality control of work of teachers of measurable indicators, increase of level of competence of teachers and the solution of questions with an insufficient skill level when maintaining these or those disciplines.
