EFFECT OF STATE REGULATORY IMPACT ON THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT AGRICULTURAL HOLDINGS

The analysis of the state support of agriculture in Russia. The article describes the structure of federal subsidies in 2013 and 2012. The evolution of agricultural subsidies, taking into account the effects of Russia’s accession to the WTO. Identified new types of subsidies. First of all, we are talking about the so-called unrelated income support subsidies of agricultural producers in the area of ​​crop production. The author has been suggested that the original state support was provided for modernization of agricultural producers, and now – support for the cultivation of land. The experience of subsidies on agricultural holdings example Agroholding «Talina». It is concluded that the state policy in the field of agro-industrial complex binds the domestic food industry with domestic agriculture, agro-binding process to the domestic resource base.
