INFLUENCE OF THE CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT IN INDUSTRIAL SECTOR OF REGIONS ON INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE SOUTHERN FEDERAL DISTRICT)

In article extent of development of industrial sector of economy of regions of the Southern Federal District by criterion of number of employment of the population in this sector is analyzed and estimated. It is offered to analyse distribution of average annual number taken in industrial sector on the basis of calculation of specific and relative indicators. In article the stage-by-stage algorithm of calculation of the specific indicator of employment of the population is given in an industrial complex from 2000 for 2010. On the basis of the received results groups of the regions are allocated, being characterized a certain employment rate and analysed dynamics of the received indicator by years in each group of regions. As the structure of number of the busy population on three components of an industrial complex is analysed: the mining, processing productions, production and distribution of the electric power, gas and water.
