CYCLIC ANALYSIS OF CRISIS

The article is an analysis of the causes and mechanisms of crisis. The source of the crisis is the decline of the stock in the cyclical development of the economy as well as the stock market after the real economy is cyclical in its dynamics, creating long cycles of economic activity and implementing the risk of financial crises on the slopes dropping its dynamics. Thus, the decline in the different sectors of the economy and the stock crisis act as interconnected manifestations phases of recession and depression in the economic cycle. Stock crisis is characterized by instability in the financial markets in the form of lower prices for key assets, leading to a massive bankruptcy of market.
