In the article indicated the need of an assessment supply chain, its importance in the management of merchandising company, the technique of a comprehensive assessment. The supply chain – an interconnected system of relationships between suppliers of materials and services, covering the entire production cycle conversion of the starting materials, components and raw materials into finished products, as well as delivery of the products to the final consumer. The supply chain should be formed in such a way that the interaction of its constituent elements bring the greatest positive effect on the company-manufacturer, which is offered by the system to evaluate key performance indicators. Assessment methodology is based on the account, the calculation, monitoring and comparison of key actual and planned targets in the planning stages of supply, procurement of material resources, production, implementation. The evaluation steps, a final report on the status of the generated version of supply chain.
