Expands approach to content methodology justified its structural features (objectives, approaches, guidelines and priorities, constraints, criteria and evaluation paths, alternative, electives, methods and tools). Identified characteristics of structural characteristics of methodology for Forsyth-organizations (socially oriented goals as well as building upon the synergistic approach, taking account of the interests of stakeholders, the need for accounting, personnel manager of the mentality). The methodology of the Forsyth-defined targets regional managers: service quality, social responsibility, market share, growth of the company; the need to take into account the interests of stakeholders identified organizations (investors, customers, the public, competitors, personnel). Found that overcoming conflicts of interests of stakeholders in the process of formation of the Forsyth-organizations need: innovative activity of enterprises, internal teamwork, social responsibility management, etc.
