The analysis of the modernisation of the environment of the modern economy of Russia in relation to the key unit and the level of the national economy - to the enterprise. The company is launching pad for fundamental changes in the institutional and technological sphere, in connection with the consideration of the main aspects of improvement of organizations is of special relevance. The article considers the preconditions and problems for the successful integration of the enterprises in system modernization of the state.
