MECHANISM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY MANAGEMENT AT ENGINEERING COMPANY WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF TRANSFER TECHNOLOGY

The conceptual scheme of the mechanism of economic security management of a company has been suggested according to the previously developed approaches by the author. The article deals with the theoretical substantiation of principles and stages of complex assessment of effectiveness of the mechanism under study taking into consideration the increase of environmental treats during transfer technology development. In order to obtain more precise assessment of economic security management effectiveness it has been formed the methodological approaches to the assessment and its retrospective component makes it possible to characterize the economic security system in the comparable time and object area on the basis of an integral level dynamics. The second stage (optimization component of assessment) provides the determination of “safety factor” for the economic security system in a particular company on the basis of deflection of factual indices of economic security level from its rational level.
