MECHANISM OF INCREASE OF COMPETITIVENESS OF PRODUCTION OF HEAVY MECHANICAL ENGINEERING AT MESOLEVEL

Mechanism of increase of competitiveness of production of heavy mechanical engineering at mesolevel. Grebennikov A.V. New knowledge being applied in the real sector of economy, and, primarily, their technological component, can change the structure of production, increasing the efficiency of the economy through the development of its high-tech sectors. The imperative approach of formation of innovative clusters at the mesolevel, promoted the transition of branches into a new technological level, is proposed, using the approaches to the transformation of new knowledge in the in-house innovation system. The most important subject of development of innovative clusters are regional authorities therefore creation of them is reasonable on the principles of state-private partnership of scientific educational institutions, authorities and business structures.
