REGIONAL SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC FACTORS OF LABOR POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

The current stage of development of economic and social spheres of the Republic of Dagestan is characterized by a number of factors: the peculiarities of the labor market, demographic growth of the population that against economic recession generated discrepancy of volume and structure of supply and demand of labor force. In the circumstances important theoretical and practical value has justification of the factors affecting formation and development of labor potential that will allow revealing not only a current state of labor potential, but also the tendencies of its development and use. In particular, it highlighted such factors influencing the formation and development of labor potential, as a production level of development, technical armament of work, state regulation, social policy, as well as factors of regional character (socio- demographic and environmental and geographical factors, the level of economic development of the region,the level of labor resources development, the security level dictated by the proximity to the border regions).
