INTEGRATION PROCESSES ASA FACTOR OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF REGION

In the article we considered the integration processes on corporative level and their influence in social and economic development of regions. In the article we describe methods and means of realization of integration processes, analyze statistics about incumbent mergers and acquisitions for last 10 years. We analyzed the problematic of interaction business –structures and regional government, correlate the principles of this interaction and its real creation. We also considered the process of influence of integration processes on institutional environment of region, gave the practical recommendations about activation of this process in order to further development of social and economic system.
